Terms and Conditions

The gala is organised by the Public Association “Viața Fără Leucemie”, IDNO 1011620004380, registered at [DE COMPLETAT: registered address] (the “Organiser”).

You can also make a donation without a ticket. The funds raised are used for [DE COMPLETAT: gala goal].

Prices are shown in Moldovan lei (MDL). [DE COMPLETAT: state whether prices include VAT or whether the Organiser is not VAT-registered.]

Payment is made online by card (Visa, Mastercard) on maib bank's secure page. The Organiser never receives or stores card details.

An order is confirmed only after the bank confirms the payment. While a payment is in progress, seats are held for 15 minutes.

Once the payment is confirmed, the tickets are sent automatically to the email address in the order, as a PDF, each with a unique QR code. They can also be viewed online via the link in the email.

If the email does not arrive, check your Spam folder or write to us at [DE COMPLETAT: email].

Show the QR code at the entrance, on your phone or printed out. Each code can be used only once.

The Organiser may refuse entry with codes that have already been used, cancelled or forged.

If the gala is cancelled by the Organiser, the full ticket price is refunded to the card used for payment within [DE COMPLETAT: number] days.

If the gala is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Anyone unable to attend on the new date may request a refund until [DE COMPLETAT: deadline].

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Disputes are first settled amicably; failing an agreement, by the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
